Cancelling My OrderĀ 

Sadly, once an order is placed, we're unable to accommodate cancellations or refunds, given that orders promptly enter the production phase right after the purchase is finalized.

Payment Processing Issues

We indeed accept a range of cards, although certain cards might not be compatible with our payment platform. Could you kindly verify whether your billing address and zip code match the correct details associated with your credit card? In cases where these details are inaccurate, the payment might not be successfully processed. I recommend attempting to update your billing address first, followed by the payment, to observe the outcome.

If the issue persists and the payment is unsuccessful, it's probable that our system doesn't support your card, particularly in the case of Visa Debit or Discover cards. As a last resort, consider linking your card to either Shopify Pay or Google Pay as an alternative method to complete the payment.

My package is lost. What should I do?Ā

Please note that Holy Treasures cannot be held accountable for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen.
